Chocolate Brownie


Ingredients:
200g butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa - sifted
1 cup flour - sifted
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 eggs
300g white chocolate


Method:
  • Melt butter in a saucepan (Use a big one so everything gets mixed in the pot).
  • Add sugar, cocoa, flour, vanilla and eggs and mix together.  
  • Add white chocolate and mix. 
  • Place in a well greased tin and bake in oven at 150C for 40 - 45 minutes or until cooked.

        2. These are delicious, cheap, and easy to make. I didn't have 300g of white chocolate so I mixed white, milk and dark. Absolutely beautiful. Don't be afraid of taking them out of the oven if the top is still a bit gooey. I kept increasing the cooking time but then found that I overcooked them slightly. Trust the recipe.
